Pea PureeGreen Pea Puree with fresh mint is super easy & quick to make.
Served cold as dip or warm as side dish.


(For 2 / ⌚15 min.)

  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 200 g green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 table spoon lemon juice
  • fresh mint leaves
  • salt & pepper

Gently heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté shallot until translucent.

Add garlic, shortly afterwards the peas, and steam for a minute.

Add 3 tablespoons of water and the lemon juice, simmer for 2 minutes.

Add the fresh mint and purée it.

Salt & pepper to taste.
